We work hard to try to reduce our customer cost by not charging for last minute cancellation unless the interpreter is on route or has already arrived on site.

We also in anticipation and prevention of declining a request keep an ongoing hiring process allowing all new recruit to be properly trained and be ready when their language is requested.
Our language list is growing every day as we continue interviewing new Interpreters to reach our goal of having 200 languages at your service between Official languages and rare dialects.

We are eager to make a real difference for Limited English Proficiency individuals by helping them and by helping our clients, you, achieve their goals, in the most effective and productive way.

All are driven by the perfect execution of the services we provide in a well-organized way. Our quality assurance program can try to prevent issues from occurring, detect and correct those issues that do occur, and encourage higher standards of practice. We log and analyze all issues/inquiries and process them from all sources. Our goal for request responses is 5 minutes from the time the email or call was addressed to us, most of our clients appreciate that very short delay. Government and HIPAA compliance are yearly renewed, and we also adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Ongoing education is also promoted and encouraged.

Safe driving pledge

We communicate with our Interpreters by text, phone or email and safety is a priority, Interpreters agrees and takes the Safe Driving Pledge that Company instituted. Contractor agrees to comply with the safety guidelines while operating a motor vehicle to an assignment for the Agency. Because we can access in advance your needs, we can anticipate and surpass even your greatest expectations.
